Ralph Kugler

Ralph is currently on the Board of 3 Companies.

  • He is chair of Williams Lea, a global business support services provider
  • He is chair of Study Group, the international education group
  • He is chair of Headbox, the fast-growing event tech brand.

Ralph is also board trustee of REAch2, one of the largest Multi Academy Trusts with 60 primary schools. He has served in a number of pro bono roles in the charity and education sectors. He was chair of the International Advisory board of Leeds University Business School.

Previously, Ralph was at Unilever for over 25 years. As Global President of the Home & Personal Care business, he was appointed director on the board of Unilever. Prior to that, he led businesses in South Africa, Brazil, Malaysia,Thailand, Latin America, and Europe

Ralph was a non-executive director at Intercontinental Hotels plc, and was Advisor on the main board at Mars, Incorporated. He has been non-executive director and Chair of a number of other businesses.

Ralph was awarded Commander of the Order of the Direkguna born by the King of Thailand in 1999.
