Teresa Beach was appointed as a Trustee for REAch2 in 2018 and is vice-chair of REAch2’s Trust Board, chair of Executive Nominations Committee, and chair of Risk & Audit committee.

Teresa is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Human Resources for Marsh McLennan, a risk, strategy and consulting business with 90,000 colleagues across over 100 countries.  In this role she is accountable for global HR shared services, employee relations, recruitment, talent development and change.

Her career started as a Chartered Civil Engineer and has developed to embrace leadership roles in public and private sector roles in insurance, engineering and consultancy businesses where she specialises in organisational transformation and operational improvement.

Teresa chaired the governing body for an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ primary school in Oxfordshire from 2008 to 2015.
