Tracey joined the board in May 2022 and is a member of the risk & audit committee.
Tracey is an internationally experienced leader who has lived and worked in the Philippines, the US and Europe and managed portfolios of complex strategic transformation programmes, across a range of industries. Following a 20-year career in Accenture, Tracey became a Partner in EY’s Advisory practice, focusing on the public sector.
Since 2018, Tracey has worked independently, providing services to an international consulting firm, a data science scale up and an International Executive Search organisation. She is a trustee on a number of not-for-profit social mobility, education and arts boards.
Tracey was named one of the ‘50 Women to Watch 2019’ in the Female FTSE Board Report and passionate about social mobility, Tracey was given Freedom of the City of London in 2018 for her contributions to championing social mobility within the City.
