The successful candidate will be passionate about primary education and have a proven track record of highly successful leadership.
We seek applicants who are highly skilled at motivating, supporting and challenging Headteachers and senior leaders within a clear system of accountability. Working with a cluster of schools you will be energetic and determined to help our schools to be the very best they can be through your strategic leadership, development of school-to-school collaboration and targeted intervention.

You will be:

  • Bringing significant leadership experience within a successful primary school, federation or Multi-Academy Trust
  • Capable of working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and key stakeholders
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of raising outcomes and clear evidence of securing educational improvement.
  • Determined to develop the skills and professionalism of REAch2’s leaders and teachers
    Able to travel to the schools in your cluster as well as nationally, where required, to fulfil attend meetings and fulfil responsibility.
