REAch2 Academy Trust is pleased to launch REAch2+You, a way to bring together the benefits, wellbeing support, staff voice and recognition available to colleagues across the Trust.

Caring for colleagues has always been given high priority in the Trust. REAch2+You builds on that commitment, making it easier for colleagues to understand what is available to them, access support when they need it and make the most of the wider offer across the Trust.

The launch marks the beginning of the next phase in how the Trust supports, listens to and recognises its people. Across its schools and central teams, colleagues’ commitment, expertise and care make a difference to children’s lives.REAch2+You reflects the importance of recognising that contribution, while supporting the people behind it.

Cathie Paine CBE, Chief Executive Officer, said: “We want every colleague to know that their contribution matters, their voice matters and their wellbeing matters.

“REAch2+You brings all of this together, because when we invest in our people, we strengthen the communities and schools we serve.”

REAch2+You is built around four areas: REAch2 + Benefits, REAch2 + Wellbeing, REAch2 + Listening and REAch2 + Recognition.

Through REAch2 + Benefits, colleagues can access everyday savings via the Perkbox platform. Alongside existing benefits, including Blue Light Card and Discounts for Teachers. Savings on groceries, restaurants and other everyday purchases help colleagues make their money go further, while retaining the benefits they already value.

REAch2 + Wellbeing brings together practical resources, guidance and confidential support, including a new employee assistance programme . Available services include financial advice, confidential support and counselling, and online GP appointments.

Through REAch2 + Listening, colleagues can share experiences, ideas and feedback, helping the Trust understand what matters to its people and informing how the organisation moves forward.

REAch2 + Recognition celebrates the achievements of individuals, teams and  everyday contributions that deserve appreciation. From helping a child grow in confidence to supporting a colleague or completing a demanding project, remarkable people across REAch2 make a difference in many ways.

Together, these areas reflect what the Trust wants every colleague to experience: belonging, opportunities to grow, support when they need it and pride in their work.

REAch2+You gives that commitment a shared home, with room for new opportunities as they develop.
