Anna joined the Reach2 Board in 2025. She is a member of the Education, Standards and Performance Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
Anna has spent her career supporting children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds across commercial, charitable and government sectors. She has a degree in economics and an MBA from London Business School.
Most recently, Anna established Awe and Wonder, an organisation focused on strategy consulting and senior leadership development. Current clients include Surf Life Saving GB, where she is Interim CEO.
Previously, Anna served as CEO of Thrive, a commercial EdTech business specialising in pupil mental health and wellbeing. Before this, she was CEO of Youth Futures Foundation, a £90 million foundation working to improve employment outcomes for young people facing barriers to work, and CEO of UK Youth, the UK’s leading charity supporting youth organisations nationwide.
Anna has worked closely with government on youth strategy, advising the Department for Work and Pensions, the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, Cabinet Office, and Number 10.
