Khadeem is an independent management consultant specialising in strategy, development and governance. He works with multi-academy trusts, FE providers, charities and public bodies. He is Vice-Chair of Nene Education Trust, a leading multi-academy trust and academy sponsor educating children aged 2-19 across Northamptonshire. Khadeem is also a Non-Executive Director/Trustee at STAY Telford, a social housing provider and homelessness reduction charity based in Shropshire.
A keen musician, he is Director of Music at Handsworth St Mary, Cathedral of the Industrial Revolution in Birmingham. From March – December 2021 he was a public appointments mentee at the Cabinet Office.
