Olú works as the director of estates and facilities at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He joined from Barts Health NHS Trust in 2021 where he was corporate head of finance for several years before becoming responsible for the contract and performance management of the largest UK health PFI (private finance initiative) contract from 2011 as director of PFI estates, facilities, and contracts.

Olú has a master of laws degree from University of Aberdeen, has worked as a chartered certified accountant, and has a degree in sociology and anthropology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.

Olú is vice chair of the Shelford Group Directors of Estates and Facilities, and a trustee director at Kingsland Church Colchester.

Olú enjoys hiking in the Lake District, the Peak district, Kent and South Coasts. Olú enjoys spending time with his wife and three adult children.
